Billing Representative – We are currently looking for Billing Representatives to work in our busy methadone clinic. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm, Thursday and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and once every fifth Saturday from 6:00am-10:00am. It is important that potential applicants are able and willing to work occasional early mornings, weekends and holidays. Intensive Home-Based Treatment Counselor – We are currently looking for an Intensive Home-Based Treatment Counselor for our Adolescent program. The Counselor provides direct service to patients through both individual and family counseling in a home or community based setting. Duties include: Provide therapeutic counseling for patients and family members; Develop treatment plans; Facilitate safety planning; Provide on-call crisis intervention; Complete appropriate case recording requirements per agency procedure; Monitor and facilitate progress through treatment, Participate and present patient cases weekly in clinical supervision meetings and seek additional professional consultation as needed; Prepare discharge summary and aftercare planning according to agency procedure.
Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field. A Professional Counselor license is required. A Professional Clinical Counselor license is desired. Ability to work weekday evenings is required. Ability to be on-call is required. Adolescent and family chemical dependency/mental health counseling experience is strongly desired. Must possess a clean driving record. Must submit to being fingerprinted and drug screened.
Intensive Home-Based Treatment Supervisor – We are currently looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) Intensive Home-Based Treatment Clinical Supervisor for our Adolescent program. The Clinical Supervisor implements the IHBT program and provides clinical supervision to counselors, as well as direct service to patients and on-call emergency consultation. KidSpace Teacher – We are looking for a full and a part time Teacher. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm and occasionally attend mandatory paid trainings that are in the evening.
Teachers are responsible for providing child care services which include providing meals, coordinating safety and cleanliness, quality care, appropriate toys, equipment, and activities within the child care facility, and develop and implement structured activities for infants, toddlers and/or school age children. Looking for teachers with a positive, nurturing attitude, creative ideas, and knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate practices. LPN – We are currently seeking an LPN for our Outpatient Program. Duties include: administering methadone and following up with patients; administration of direct nursing care; charting; EKG’s; blood draws; setting the physician up; collecting urine samples. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 5:00am to 1:00pm with alternating Saturdays and holidays. This candidate should have AOD clinical experience, preferably with MAT patients. Must be willing to work with this patient population exclusively and become proficient in understanding and providing MAT education, non-judgmental support, and effective monitoring. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field. LSW, LCDC II, LCDC III or LICDC required.

Grants Writer – We are currently looking for a full time, on site Grants Writer to be responsible for researching funding opportunities from government entities, corporations, and foundations. Responsible for the conceptualization, planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of all grants. Primary duties include performance of office work directly related to management, regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment. Must have Degree: Business Administration or equivalent preferred. Must have at least two years experience in writing grants. Resume must include examples of previous grants activities. IT Assistant to provide technical support for CHC personal computers. This position provides technical support of the CHC LAN/WAN, servers, workstations, performs technology systems maintenance, places service calls to vendors on a priority basis, and assists CHC Staff on their technology questions, monitors incoming requests (IT Work orders), contacts requestor to clarify and resolve their issue or, escalates the issue keeping Director and IT Staff appraised of activities. The IT Assistant performs reporting activities as assigned by the Director. Primary responsibility of CHC’s IT Help Desk Operations falls within this position activities. This position must follow up on the service calls to be proactive in closing and completing outstanding issues. The IT Assistant administratively supports the IT Department. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma; proficiency in personal computer and printer repair including hardware maintenance necessary. Proficiency in networking, All Microsoft® Windows® Operating Systems (Desktop and Server), E-mail and Internet. Knowledge and experience with networks, routs, bridges and T-1 experience is helpful. Crystal Reports XI experience is strongly desired. Working knowledge of Microsoft® Office® Suite is necessary. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various CHC properties within a 50 mile radius. Good documentation skills required. The ability to work with a team or workgroup, follow directions, organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in an environment where constant interruption occurs.
