Prism Health partners with Community Health Center to provide programs specifically designed to meet the needs of adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
The programs for adults include residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, gender-specific programming for women including those who are expecting and/or post partum, and individual & group counseling. Programs for adolescents include after school intensive outpatient programming, animal-assisted therapy and other group and individual counseling sessions.
